A Staple on our menu as of last year! You keep asking for it so we keep making it. Laced with Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms, Capers and Bacon (on the side) all cooked in Lemon Cream, no wonder you like it!

Low Fat, Low Calorie Chicken in Lemon Sauce (oven)
Our customers' favorite dish is now available in a low fat, low calorie version. No cream of course, but all the wonderful flavors!

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff (crock pot)
We have had many requests for this and finally I have discovered a way to make it, so that it is tender and flavorful. You just put it into your crock pot and let it cook and I give you the sour cream to add at the end. Put it over noodles and you have a good old fashioned meal.

Chicken Parmesan (oven)
Pounded thin and browned to perfection, this is the perfect winter’s night meal. We top it with our Home Made Tomato Sauce and plenty of cheese and hey, we even give you the pasta. Grandma would have approved of this one!

Nutty Parmesan White Fish (oven)
This is truly an awakening for your taste buds. White fish crusted with crackers and pine nuts is sure to be a palate pleaser. We will even give you the home made Tartar Sauce!

Marinated Sliced Beef and Onion Flat Bread finished with Asiago Cheese (oven)
It doesn’t matter if you are using this for a casual dinner or a fancy cocktail party, this will be the star attraction!

You ask and we listen. This will be available on our easy Fare menu every month.
